The Negroni is one of the world’s truly great cocktails. It can be hard to improve upon such a revered classic, but drinking one to make the world a better place is a pretty good way to go about it. Presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, Negroni Week brings together bars around the world to celebrate this great drink and contribute to some worthy causes. At Eat the Rich, we’ll be serving Negroni Slushies, and $1 for every one sold throughout the week will go to support Miriam’s Kitchen, a charity striving to end homelessness in D.C.
