Vinyl Record Day

  • Mockingbird Hill 1843 7th St NW Washington, DC, 20001 United States (map)

At Mockingbird Hill, we wear our love for punk rock on our sleeves - the place takes its name from a Clash song, after all. And, since punk and vinyl have some pretty deep ties, we can think of no better way to spend Vinyl Record Day than by listening to a bunch of punk records. DJs Steven Faith and Fritz Hahn of the Washington Post will be spinning from 5-7pm with some help from our friends at the D.C. Punk Archive.

The D.C. Punk Archive is always looking to expand its collection, so if you've got some old punk records or posters gathering dust, bring them along to donate! Or, take a look at their current music library inventory and point out any lost gems they might be missing.

Come celebrate vinyl and punk with some classic records and a drink or two.
